Terms of use and licence.

Plain terms for using Vantage and this website during launch.

1. What you are getting

Vantage is software from AVYR LABS that monitors machines you own or are allowed to manage. While the launch period lasts it is free. Pricing will be announced, and nothing is charged before then.

2. Licence

Vantage is under the Functional Source License, FSL-1.1-ALv2. You may use, copy, change and share it for any purpose except a competing one: offering Vantage, or something that does the same job, to others as a commercial product or service. Two years after each version is released, that version is also available to you under the Apache License 2.0. The full text is the LICENSE file that comes with every release. The names Vantage and AVYR LABS and the logos are trademarks; the licence does not let you use them except to say where the software came from.

3. Who may use it

You must be an adult, and if you use it for a business, you must be able to bind that business.

4. Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the machines you connect, the people you invite, and the commands you approve.
  • Keep your pairing codes, invites, keys and tokens private.
  • Use the AI features only within the limits and laws that apply to you. Text you send to an AI provider is governed by that provider's terms.

5. No warranty

Vantage is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. Monitoring and alerts can fail, and you should not rely on Vantage as the only safeguard for anything critical.

6. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, AVYR LABS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profit, and our total liability for anything arising from Vantage is limited to the amount you paid us for it, which is nothing during launch.

7. Refunds

Not applicable: nothing is sold yet. A refund policy will be published before any paid tier.

8. Changes and ending

We may change these terms or the product, and will announce material changes on this site. You can stop using Vantage at any time by uninstalling it. We may end the free launch period with notice on this site.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions: [email protected].
