Observability server

How to set this up

Add at least one machine first. The observability server runs on one of your machines.
Open this page and pick where it runs. Memory use is shown for each choice; pick a machine with room.
Press Install. This takes a few minutes and you can leave Settings and come back.
When it is done the page shows the server's address, how long logs and metrics are kept, and its versions.
Machines then ship their logs to it. Logs and Performance start filling in.

Install failed: the page says which step and offers to remove what the install left on that machine. Do that, then install again.
Check again re-reads the server's health and disk.
The machine you picked is offline or asleep: pick a machine that is always on.
After changing the relay or the address, press Update so the server uses the new setting.
